1. Subject to Part VA of the Road Traffic Act [13:11] , all persons entering a Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa bus services and/or property owned by Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa bus services or under its control do so entirely AT THEIR OWN RISK.
2. Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa Bus Services does not provide general insurance cover for property and luggage of its passengers and accordingly, insurance shall only be expressly stipulated in terms of the Road Motor Transportation Act [Chapter 13:10].
3. Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa , its Directors , Officers , Employees , Servants or Agents shall not be liable (whether in contract or delict) in any way whatsoever for loss , injury , loss of life , or damage whatsoever nature and howsoever caused , whether or not caused by the negligence of Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa Bus Services , its Directors , Officers , Employee, Servants or Agents , arising out of or connected in any way to the conveyance or non-conveyance by Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa Bus Services of any passenger or any person or of the property of any person whether such property is accompanied by a passenger or not.
4. Legal steps taken on the basis of any misinterpretation of this disclaimer shall in no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to Mukumba Brothers t/a Inter Africa Bus Services or any of its agencies , officers , employees, agents or representatives , with respect to any existing or potential claim or cause of action against the company or any of its agencies , officers , employees, agents or representatives , where notice to the agencies , officers , employees , agents or representatives , where notice to the company is required by any laws , rules, or regulations.
5. Do not put your valuables in the bus outside carriage compartments, this includes valuables like, laptops, cell phones, money, and any other valuables. We will not be held liable for the damages or losses that will happen to these valuables put on the bus side outside carriage compartments or bus roof carriage.
