Every Express coach has a host on board. They welcome you, check your ticket, record your luggage, and announce each stop so you never miss yours.
Excess bags travel on a luggage ticket recorded for your journey, and every trip earns you loyalty points to use on your next one.
Connecting journeys
Going further? One ticket, two coaches.
No single coach goes there? Express connects it for you. You ride the first coach to the connection town, then board the next one there. You get one ticket for the whole journey, your seat is held on both coaches, and you pay once.
For example, Beitbridge to Mutare: the Beitbridge–Harare coach to Masvingo, then the Bulawayo–Mutare coach from Masvingo.
